The finished website provides a comprehensive guide to the east Cork region, containing sections on accommodation, local attractions, maps, events, special offers and much more...Margot Mulcahy who worked closely with Redupdates stated that the project was "The most ambitious and extensive web site ever developed for a local tourism network...The original site had 50 pages while the new web site has been enhanced and expanded up to 3,000 pages! Establishing more live web links and creating an outstanding visual appeal was very high on the agenda. 5,000 links have been generated on the new site and some 1,500 pictures uploaded...The new site promises superior marketing opportunities for the area with even better page rankings, bringing increased visitors to the web site and to East Cork"
